At Sunray Networks, we have developed AVS (AtHome Video Streaming) software to
provide iPhone/iPod Touch users to connect to their home computers remotely, to
access their video files, web cameras and other files from anywhere, at any
time, through 3G, EDGE or WIFI.
AtHome Camera is an iPhone/iPod Touch native application, which will connect to
AVS streaming server running on your home computer. Not only you can watch live
video images remotely from your webcams, but also you can control to start /
stop video recording in H.264 format, and play back recorded video on your
iPhone, directly streaming from your home computer, like playing Youtube
movies.
When you are not at home, during vacation or at work, have
you ever been wondering what's going on at home and like to have a look
remotely?
Now you can do it on your iPhone. You do not need to spend
hundreds dollars to buy a video surveillance system, you can just buy our
AtHome Camera software for a few bucks. If you already have a computer at home
, with one or several (up to 4) USB based webcams, that's all you need to have
a video surveillance system at home, since our PC software is completely free.
You can remotely watch live video images from the webcams at home on your
iPhone, any place, any time, on 3G, EDGE or WIFI;
You can connect to and manage multiple computers (Home, office, etc) on your
iPhone, and each video server on every computer supports up to 4 USB based
webcams (IP camera or analog camera is not supported).
While you are watching the live video images, at any time, you can press a
button on your iPhone to start or stop recording for that webcam.
For each webcam, you can also specify 2 pre-scheduled time intervals for each
day, to automatically start or stop video recording;
The video will be recorded in H.264 format and saved on your computer. You can
remotely browse and play any recorded video on your iPhone, just like Youtube.
You can remotely change all webcam settings on your iPhone, like video
resolution (image size), frame rate (images per second), pre-scheduled
recording time intervals, etc.
All authentication communications between your iPhone and video servers are
encrypted.
Each webcam has two separately compression engines, one for recording and one
for live preview. In the case you watch live video on a very limited network
bandwidth with very few frames per second, the recorded video on your home
computer will not be affected, and still recorded with high quality with
pre-set frame rate.
The AVS server has an auto setup function for easy configuration of your
computer and router.
AtHome Camera Test is the free trial version of AtHome Camera App,
with limited time to access the streaming server. It can be used as a test to
see how to start/stop video recording during live video, and watch what the
remote play back look like, etc., before you buy the full version of AtHome
Camera.
Compared to the full version of AtHome Camera:
The test version can only connects to one computer, and only one webcam for the
computer.
Limited time for live view and video recording on the server.
No pre-defined video recording on the server.
AtHome Camera Lite is the light version of AtHome Camera App, with
limited functions. If you only need to connnect to one computer and one webcam,
and do not need video recording and playback, this version is a good choice for
you.

The Lite version can only connects to one computer, and only one webcam for the

The main features of AtHome Video are:
